  • Why do I need to pay?
    123 Kids Academy was developed by educators to ensure the content are of the highest quality. All our apps are ad-free, which guarantees safe learning environment for your child. We also need cover the cost of development (professional developers and educators). Moreover, we provide ongoing support and contents update regularly to the app. This is only possible thanks to the paid subscription.
  • Can I share subscriptions through family sharing?
    Yes.
  • How often do you release new content?
    To ensure that the content are of high quality, every new release has to go through proper testing with educators. Having said that, we aim to release new content every two to three weeks.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    To manage/cancel your subscription, tap on the "Manage Subscription" button on the settings page via the app.
  • How can I get a refund?
    Please follow the guide below to request for a refund: For iOS: Unfortunately, we can't make a refund for your subscription because we don't have access to your Apple ID account. As payments are managed by Apple, please contact Apple support https://support.apple.com/contact. For Android: Please send us the refund request to support@123KidsAcademy.com with your receipt number (it looks like GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX..0) and your email used to login to the 123 Kids Academy account, we'll process the request as soon as possible.
